How to Book

1. Contact Us
Send us a direct message on Instagram or TikTok, or text/WhatsApp us on 07424793329.
Please include:

• An inspo photo
• The density of your wig or number of bundles

This helps us provide an accurate quote and available booking dates.

2. Send Your Hair
Your hair must be sent at least 2 days before your scheduled appointment.
You can either:

• Drop it off in person, or
• Post it to us

Please make sure your package includes your name and order number.

3. Wig Return Options
Once your wig is completed, you can:

• Collect it for free, or
• Have it posted back to you (postage options available at checkout)

4. Important Notes

• You can change your wig inspo up to 2 days before your start date
• If your hair is unable to lift to your desired inspo shade during the strand test, you can choose an alternative blonde or be refunded and have your hair returned to you
