Once received, we’ll provide your personalised quote and available processing dates.

2. Hair Ordering & Preparation

After your hair purchase is confirmed, your hair will arrive with us within 3–5 working days.

Before colouring begins, you’ll receive:

• A confirmation message
• Photos of your hair prior to colouring

This ensures you’re updated every step of the way.

Processing Time
